Roger J. Sippl

Roger Sippl is a founding partner of Sippl Macdonald Ventures. Previously
Roger was founder and CEO of Informix Software, co-founder of The
Vantive Corporation and was founder and CEO of Visigenic Software.
Roger also was an early individual investor in Illustra Information
Technologies (acquired by Informix in 1996), and Red Pepper Software
(acquired by Peoplesoft in 1997). Roger currently serves on the
boards of HAHT Commerce and Support.com, and attends board meetings
of other portfolio companies. He earned a B.S. in computer science
from the University of California at Berkeley.
Jacqueline A. Macdonald

Jackie Macdonald is a founding partner of Sippl Macdonald Ventures.
Previously Jackie was reseller channel manager at Sybase, international
marketing manager at Informix Software, and information systems
business analyst at Apple Computer. Prior to her operating experience,
Jackie worked in corporate finance and capital markets at Shearson
Lehman Brothers in New York. Jackie currently serves on the boards
of Intraspect Software and RedEnvelope. She earned a B.S. in industrial
engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard
Business School.
Glenn C. Myers

Glenn Myers has been Chief Financial Officer of Sippl Macdonald Ventures
since 1998. Glenn was previously employed at Visigenic Software, Inc.
(acquired by Borland in 1997), where he was the founding Chief Financial
Officer. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University
and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce.
Sally Goodyear-Gall

Sally Goodyear-Gall is the office manager of Sippl Macdonald Ventures.
Previously Sally spent fifteen years working with Roger Sippl in the
administration and management of both Informix Software, from 1983 to
1993, and Visigenic Software, from 1993 to 1998. Sally joined Sippl
Macdonald Ventures in June of 1998.
